Thoroughly enjoyed how the master suite was arranged when we arrived. The best thing was how very helpful and pretty friendly the staff were. The location was magnificent and incredible in a shopping area, near to many shops, bars and restaurants and the ferry port and the main hub of Playa del Carmen.

Fairly clean place, great and comfy location.
Big size and stylish room, everything was good. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Excellent customer care, parking onsite. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.

I loved that the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for me to stroll to Mamita's Beach Club, just a short walk away, and explore the nearby Riviera Art Gallery with some fantastic local pieces on display.

The local eats around 52 were a highlight of my stay! El Zorro Plateado served some of the spiciest tacos I've had, while Marvin's Burgers hit the spot after a night out! Plus. The rooftop pool offered fine views, a refreshing escape! My Standard King room was spacious and comfy too.

Spacious, fine, serene
The room was spacious, great to spread out and relax after a day of adventures. The rooftop pool with its amazing views was the perfect spot to unwind, especially after swimming while soaking up the sun. Plus, being just a few steps away from the bustling main street made exploring so easy and fun!

Couples seeking relaxation
The rooftop pool was a lifesaver after long days exploring. I had this moment where I was just lounging there, soaking it all in, enjoying a drink from the bar and the sunset. It felt real good.
